I am writing a review as I am very impressed with the level of customer service and quality of materials this company has. I must say I called several companies and obtained multiple proposals. Most of them just seemed eager to close a sale instead of truly solving my questions and concerns. At Travertine Mart, they assured me I was in good hands. And they were right. They took the time to explain all things related to Travertine. This sort of confidence gave me the green light to proceed with my order. The product was really nice indeed. I had very little breakage, which seems normal to me. But I did not find a seller that provided lower percentage of breakage. I am one of those customers who asks a million questions. At Travertine Mart, they were very clear and honest from the very beginning. No hidden terms or practices. They clarified their breakage policy, return policy, shipping policy, etc... Indeed, all possible scenarios I could imagine. When asking the same questions to other companies, I was given vague and quick answers. It was easier to change the topic than actually addressing my concerns. I would suggest you give this company a try. It is worth the time and the money. Thank you guys! I'll be submitting pictures of the project as soon as the pool project is completed. I might be buying some stepping stones for my garden.
